But I didn't see her on BGT, my mum-in-law came down the day after screening on TV to rave about it, and within seconds I was watching her on YouTube. Mum-in-law is still all amazement at what the internet is capable of and even though she has a computer and online she is a stranger to YouTube. But she is in a small minority and like me millions have seen dear Susan and been moved. The success of YouTube is amazing considering it's short life, only four years!
